ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

Arrive to your appointment no earlier than 10 minutes before your scheduled time.

** If the MUA is traveling to you , they will arrive 5-10 minutes early to set up . **

ALWAYS have a clean face . If the MUA has to remove any makeup products from your face , you will be charged a makeup removal fee . ($5)
NO EXTRA guest are allowed at your appointment . Please make sure your ride is scheduled ahead of time if you are being dropped off .

LATE FEE- $10 after 10 minutes . Appointment will be canceled at 15 minutes . If you are going to be late , PLEASE communicate that ASAP.

TRAVELING MUA

Please make sure the environment is safe in clean . If the MUA feels the environment is not, your appointment will be cancelled. You will not be serviced at the time . Your deposit is non-refundable. The MUA will reach out to you later that day to either reschedule your appointment or notify you that they are unable to service you.
Traveling MUA will arrive approximately 5-10 minutes to set up .

Return and Refund Policy

Appointments

ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
Upon booking an appointment , if you choose to cancel the appointment your deposit will not be refunded . If you choose to reschedule your appointment, a new deposit must be put down .

Return and Refunds

ALL Orders must be picked up 7 days after purchase. Orders that are not picked up 7 days after purchase will be placed back in stock. No Refunds will occur.

Only unopened products are allowed for a refund or to be returned within 24-48 hours of purchased .
State of return (unused , unopened) Products must be in the original packaging in order for the return to be processed .
A return or refund is allowed if you received a damaged or the wrong product. Please take a picture of the item and submit it for review .
Customer service can be contacted via email, or phone . Allow customer service 16-20 hours to review the product in question. If approved for a refund, you will receive your refund in 24-48 hours. If you’re approved for a exchange, you will receive your product upon returning the original product you received.
